The PCS development team has created several ECC integrations to work with the ShoreTel phone system. Integrations include Callbacks with Recorded Memos, Click to Dial Single Agent Queue, ECC Agent Wallboard, ECC Text to Speech, ECC Agentless Outbound Dialing, and ECC Web Service Plugin.
