Workgroup Login provide the ability for Workgroup agents to selectively log in or log out of individual workgroups. This will be implemented by placing a custom button on the Mitel Connect Client. When this button is clicked an agent side application will be launched on the agent’s Windows computer. This application will have a list of all available workgroups with a checkbox next to each. The workgroup agent will then have the ability to check or uncheck each workgroup to effectively login or out of them. This application will be licensed per Mitel server with no limit on the number of Work Group agents or users. Can be selectively deployable to individual Agents and be centrally configured without any components installed on individual user computers.
