Trent joined the PCS team in 2010 after earning his Associate of Applied Business in Networking and Information Systems Support from Owens Community College. He believes, “Our clients need a team that maintains an expertise in current technologies and we have a group of individuals that mixes world-class service with industry leading skills.”
Trent has earned a number of certifications and trainings focused on networking, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and Microsoft operating systems. He is currently spending time trying to stay afloat of Office 365 offerings, to ensure it is properly utilized and continues to be leveraged to its fullest within our customer base.
Trent loves working with our smaller business clientele, serving as their account manager, systems engineer, and onsite technician as needed. He helps clients by researching, testing, implementing and training end users on new and current technologies for the small business. Trent noted that his goal in working is best stated in Colossians 3:23 KJV, “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily as to the Lord, and not unto men.”
Outside work, Trent and his wife Molly stay busy with 4 children, work on projects around their home in Norton, and spend time with their church family.
