Screen Pop:
- The screen pop automatically searches for the inbound caller’s phone number to provide the caller’s account information before the phone is answered.
The incoming call can be configured to screen pop a “new call notes” screen associated with the inbound caller ID.
- If there is no matching contact for the incoming caller ID, the system pops to the “new client” screen.
Click to Dial:
- Provides the ability to make an outbound call within Zoho with a single click, by clicking on any phone number within the application.
- Outbound calls are automatically logged within the Zoho CRM.
