At PCS, our team members are always looking for opportunities for in-depth training and certifications. Chris Music recently acquired Extreme Certified Network Associate certification by passing the ExtremeXOS Fundamentals training course. This will serve to strengthen Chris’s foundation, and allow him to pursue more in-depth training in the future. We congratulate Chris on his continued drive and focus to be a more knowledgeable team member. In the end, our goal is to grow as an organization, collectively and individually. Chris Music Completes ShoreTel Training
Chris Music completed two ShoreTel training courses and passed the exams for Implementing the ShoreTel IP System Release 14 Upgrade and ShoreTel IP 930D Wireless Phone Implementation. Chris is now able to successfully implement and use ShoreTel 14 upgrades new features and tools, use diagnostic and monitoring applications, and understand the new features, functions and upgrade requirements. As well as identify customer and system requirements, plan, install, configure, and test the IP 930D system.
