Eric joined PCS in December 2019 and plays an important role in delivering small business telephony solutions and also client support. He brings over 30 years of IT experience, helping organizations plan and implement effective technology initiatives.

Eric has worked across diverse industries including manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Transportation Logistics, and the non-profit sector, most notably the YMCA. His expertise of late includes on-premise and cloud-based telephony solutions, along with report writing, and desktop and server support.

A graduate of the University of Toledo with a BBA in I.S., Eric holds 8×8 UCaaS and RingEX Certified Delivery Partner certifications and Organizational Leader training from the YMCA of the USA, along with other technical certifications. He values PCS’s servant and people-first culture and their dedication to clients and staff.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys time with his wife of many years, their three children, and stays active in church and church youth programs. He also enjoys golfing, traveling, and fishing, and attempts to bring a positive attitude to every new day.
