Eric joined PCS in December 2019, and is a key contributor in delivering cloud telephony solutions, providing exceptional client support and also providing technology leadership and guidance. With more than 30 years of Tech experience across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Logistics, and the nonprofit sector, Eric brings expertise in helping organizations strategically plan and implement technology solutions that deliver meaningful results.

A graduate of the University of Toledo with a BBA in Information Systems, Eric holds 8×8 UCaaS and RingEX Certified Delivery Partner certifications, along with Organizational Leader training from the YMCA of the USA and additional technical certifications. He values PCS’s servant and people-first culture and their dedication to clients and staff.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys time with his wife family and friends, serves and is active in church and church youth programs. He also enjoys golfing, traveling, and fishing, and Eric strives to be better today than he was yesterday.
