Ryan McConnell joined the PCS team in early 2026 as part of the IT Services team. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Information Technology focused on Security and currently holds a Network+ certification, and he’s always working on learning something new as technology changes. Ryan enjoys figuring out how things work and making them work better. You could say he doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty when solving difficult problems. He likes tackling tough issues, finding the root cause, and putting fixes in place so they are easier to deal with next time. At PCS, he works directly with customers, clears technical roadblocks, and helps make sure everything runs the way it should. Since joining PCS, Ryan has really appreciated the team’s service-first mindset and the everyday interactions that come from helping people. He’s always looking for chances to get hands-on with different systems and technologies to keep growing his skills. Outside of work, Ryan spends time with his fiancé, with a wedding planned for September 2026. He also enjoys working out, reading, and playing video games to stay sharp and unwind. He’s committed to continuing to learn and grow as technology keeps moving forward.
