This service automatically changes a Shoretel user's user group when the user changes his or her call handling mode, allowing more advanced control of call handling permissions.

Installation:
This service should be installed on the Shoretel Headquarters server. No additional configuration is required.
Usage:
Create additional user groups with the desired settings. These user groups are named after the original group but also have a call handling mode added on the end. For example, for Out of Office for the Managers group, create a group named "Managers-Out of Office".
Example:
Joe is a member of the Executive group and his secretary frequently calls him via the intercom. When he is in a meeting with a client however, Joe doesn't want to receive intercom calls. By creating a group named "Executive-In a Meeting" which does not allow intercom calls, Joe can change his call handling mode to "In a Meeting" to turn off intercom calls during the meeting.
