Scheduled Services
PCS offers a level of support which is scheduled one (1) week in advance of the services rendered.
Unscheduled Services
You do not have an emergency, but cannot wait
one (1) week to receive scheduled help. Usually, help can be provided
within two (2) working days.
After-Hours Premium Service
When support is required between the hours of 7:00p.m. and 7:00a.m., or on weekends.
Emergency Services
When your system is down, PCS will respond within two (2) hours of the request for on-site support.
Wide Area Network Services
PCS has the capability to design, implement and maintain Wide Area Networks.
System Consulting and Integration Services
We can analyze, evaluate, design and specify system solutions to enhance the success of your technology.
Project Management Services
PCS has several Senior Level Project Managers on staff.
Retainer Services
PCS offers special support packages for those
businesses requiring a high volume of on-site support. A retainer may
be setup with PCS for any number of days and hours. The hours are
purchased by the block for each week. A PCS consultant is then
dedicated to your place of business until your support services are
satisfied. This ensures complete system coverage on a regular basis and
minimizes the chance of costly emergency services.
