PCS can provide many of the same services remotely, that we could if we were with you!
We can view your screen just as if we were there! - Here is how it works:
- You will be prompted for your basic contact information so we can identify your request.
- Your
browser will be tested to make sure it can support a remote logon
session. You may be prompted to install Java Virtual Machine.
- You
will be prompted to join a queue/session and to install Linktivity
Remote Access software, which will prompt you to acknowledge the
install with authentication by Verisign Corp.
- When a
technician receives your request, you will be asked to permit a remote
control session and you are back on your way to successful computing!
