Remote Support

PCS can provide many of the same services remotely, that we could if we were with you!

We can view your screen just as if we were there! - Here is how it works:

  1. You will be prompted for your basic contact information so we can identify your request.
  2. Your browser will be tested to make sure it can support a remote logon session. You may be prompted to install Java Virtual Machine.
  3. You will be prompted to join a queue/session and to install Linktivity Remote Access software, which will prompt you to acknowledge the install with authentication by Verisign Corp.
  4. When a technician receives your request, you will be asked to permit a remote control session and you are back on your way to successful computing!
  5. If you have any troubles with this process or would like to speak with your technician, please call us at any time during the process.
